二、研究方向

疾病相关蛋白质结构与功能研究

表观遗传调控相关蛋白质的结构与功能研究

基于蛋白质结构与功能的小分子药物筛选和设计等基础和应用基础研究


三、主要研究成果

主要从事生物大分子结构和功能研究,2016年入选湖北省“青年科技晨光计划”。近5年成功解析了30余个表观遗传相关蛋白的重要晶体结构,并结合其它生物化学、生物物理学和细胞生物学手段研究了相关蛋白的作用和功能。在Nat Chem Biol、Nat Commun、Pharmacol Ther、J Biol Chem、Biochem J等国际主流期刊发表SCI收录论文40余篇。
