主要研究成果:

主要从事生物大分子的翻译后修饰及功能的研究,建立了多种新颖独特的高通量方法研究蛋白质在信号传导通路中的翻译后修饰,并探索其生理功能。解决了长期以来蛋白质泛素化研究中缺乏高通量鉴定关键技术的难题。在Nat. Biotechnol.Nat. Commun.FASEB J.PNASJBCProteomics等杂志上发表论文近60篇。

蒋小岗副教授

 

1999年开始任教于苏州大学药理学教研室,主要参加药理学、临床药理学理论与实验教学工作。2004年毕业于苏州大学药理学专业,获硕士学位。2007年毕业于大连化学物理研究所生物分析化学专业,获博士学位。先后参加中药活性成分作用、蛋白质组学方法发展及应用等方面的研究,主持和参与科研项目4项。目前主要研究方向为分子药理学、药物蛋白质组学。
