一、简 介

谢洪平,博士,教授, 博士生导师,教育部科技奖评审专家、江苏省科技厅评审专家,担任Analytica Chimica ActaAnalytical and Bioanalytical ChemistryJournal of Pharmaceutical and Biomedical AnalysisAnalytical Sciences等国际学术期刊特邀审稿人、《抗感染药学》和《苏州大学学报(医学版)》编委。获地厅级一等奖2项、二等奖3项、获得校级教学成果奖1项,指导研究生获得校级优秀学位论文、指导本科生获得省级优秀论文(二等奖)各1篇。主持(或主研)科研项目共10项,其中国家级3项、省部级4项、市厅级项目1项、与企业合作研究项目2项。在国内外重要学术刊物上发表了80余篇学术论文,其中SCI收录21篇,EI收录9篇。

 

二、研究方向

1、药物质量评价与质量控制

以色谱分析和光谱分析为基础,研究药物(中药)及其制剂的质量评价方法和质量标准。利用光谱全谱分析,结合药物信息学技术,研究药物快速在线分析和无损分析方法,特别是近红外光谱分析,建立药物生产过程的质量控制系统。

2、体内药物与代谢产物分析

  探讨药物及其代谢产物的预处理分离、富集技术,建立灵敏度高、专属性强的体内药物分析方法,研究药物代谢动力学及其生物等效性。探讨药物(毒物)以及病理状态对内源性代谢物谱的影响,以生物信息学和药物信息学为基础,研究药物代谢组学,评价和预测药物的毒性和有效性;研究病理代谢组,建立临床诊断新方法,发现病理状态的代谢标记物(组)。

3、免疫分析与基因分析

以磁性纳米粒为基础,研究超顺磁性、无荧光吸收的新型纳米载体材料。基于纳米粒和等离子体共振,研究长寿命荧光和高灵敏的化学发光标记体。建立类均相、高灵敏时间免疫分析和电致化学发光新方法,设计新型荧光基因探针和免疫探针,开发新的生物药物和临床检验诊断试剂。
