三、主要成绩及研究成果

从事靶向小分子药物的设计与合成、天然活性物质的结构改造及化学生物学等领域的研究,在靶向小分子药物的设计与合成方向具有丰富的经验,在多个药物化学和化学生物学国际期刊ACS Synthetic. Biology, Expert. Opin. Ther. Patents, Bioconjugate Chemistry, ChemMedChem, Eur. J. Med. Chem., Bioorg. Med. Chem.Bioorg. Med. Chem. Lett.上以通讯或第一作者发表关于小分子药物的设计合成及其生物活性方面的论文30余篇;获批或申请国家发明专利8项。目前支持在研或已完成国家青年自然科学基金、江苏省自然科学基金,江苏省高校自然科学基金、中国博士后基金特别资助、中国博士后基金和苏州市科技计划等多项科研项目;作为技术骨干(排名第二)参与国家自然科学基金课题五项2008年以第二完成人获得教育部自然科学二等奖:市场药物及天然活性物质的结构改造、结构分析及其生物活性研究。同时担任Journal of Medicinal ChemistryCurrent Medicinal ChemistryBioorganic & Medicinal Chemistry等多个药物化学杂志的审稿人。
