I. Overview

The College of Pharmaceutical Sciences is a rapidly rising leader in pharmaceutical sciences. Our discipline is a national top-tier program and ranks in the ESI Top 1‰ globally for Pharmacology & Toxicology. II. Benefits and Support
1. Competitive salary and performance-based rewards are provided for full-time postdoctoral researchers. The total compensation over three years can exceed RMB 1.2 million.
2. Postdocs are encouraged to apply for national, provincial, and municipal funding programs. All subsidies are granted in addition to the salary package.
3. Outstanding postdocs will be given priority recommendation for faculty positions in teaching or research.
4. Full access to settlement, medical care, and childcare/school enrollment services.
5. A full-time position for 36 months.
