About the speaker

Jinhui Wu is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Medicine, Nanjing University. He received his B.S. and Ph.D. degrees from China Pharmaceutical University and Nanjing University. He was a visiting scholar in the Robert Langer and Ali Khademosseini group at Harvard-MIT in 2008-2010. His research aims to construct an engineered live bacteria delivery system for remodelling the target microenvironment. His research results have been published in Nat. Biomed. Eng., Nat. Commun., PNAS, Sci. Adv., Adv. Mater., etc. He has won the first prize for scientific and technological achievements of the Ministry of Education twice. He has been funded by the National Youth Talent Program, Jiangsu Jieqing Project, National Key Research and Development Program Nanotechnology, and Frontier Biotechnology”.
