About the Speaker

Lingqiang Zhang is a researcher and doctoral supervisor of the Academy of Military Medicine, Academy of Military Sciences, Deputy Director of the National Center for Protein Science, and the State Key Laboratory of Proteomics. His research interests include protein ubiquitination and its involvement in the pathogenesis and treatment of diseases. He published in Nature Cell Biology, Nature Medicine, Molecular Cell, Nature Communications, Advanced Science, Cell Research, and other academic journals. He has won the first prize of the Science and Technology Award in Beijing (2013, 2017, ranked 1st) and obtained 15 Chinese patent authorizations (ranked 1st). He is also a member of the Chinese Society of Cell Biology.
