About the Speaker

    Professor Gao Chengjiang is the Dean of the School of Basic Medicine at Shandong University and the Director of Shandong Provincial Key Laboratory of Infection and Immunology. His research interest covers the regulatory mechanisms of innate immune recognition and activation. As the corresponding and co-corresponding author, he has published more than 40 papers in Nature Immunology, Journal of Experimental Medicine, Nature Communications, PLoS Pathogens, etc. He is also the director of the Chinese Society of Cell Biology, the director of the Chinese Society of Immunology, the director of the Shandong Society of Immunology, the vice president of the Shandong Society of Cell Biology, and the associate editor of Molecular Immunology.
