2022 International graduate symposium on biopharmaceuticals

      The International Graduate Symposium on Biopharmaceuticals (IGSB) aims to bring together world eminent scientists and graduate students from the field of biopharmaceuticals to exchange and share their recent innovations and research progress. The symposium will be organized by Soochow University, Fudan University, and Zhejiang University. The conference organizers will invite about 20 leading international scientists and 60 young graduate students in biopharmaceuticals around the world to present their work. This conference will provide an interdisciplinary platform for young scholars to communicate with the world leading scientists. 



1. Conference information

Date: November 18-20, 2022

Venue: World Hotels, Suzhou Industry Park, Suzhou, Jiangsu, China

Format: Online and Onsite

2. Types of Presentation

1) Keynote Presentation. Invited eminent scientists will present their work in 20 mins (15 mins talk + 5 min discussion).

2) Graduate Student Digital Poster Presentation (2-3 min introduction for a single, screen-sized slide. Online, on-site, or via pre-recorded video).

3. Symposium Topics

1) Peptide and antibody drugs

2) Nucleic acid drugs

3) Cancer immunotherapy

4) Cell therapy

5) Innovative drug delivery system for biopharmaceuticals

6) Clinical translation of biopharmaceuticals

7) Discovery and development of novel drugs

4. Date and Venue

1) Date: Nov. 18-20, 2022

2) Format of attendance: Virtual and In-person.

3) Important dates:

a) Nov. 5: Deadline for abstract submission

b) Nov. 16: Deadline for a digital poster or recorded video (IGSCPS@126.com)

c) Nov. 17: Test for virtual presentation

d) Nov. 18: Registration and symposium room preparation

e) Nov. 19-20: On-line and on-site presentations and poster award announcement

f) On the afternoon of Nov. 20: Departure

5. Registration and Lodge

1) Registration is free for the conference participants.

2) Hotel rooms will be provided by the organizers for the on-site oral and poster presenters.

6. Abstract Submission Guideline

1) For the invited speakers

Please provide the title of the talk, the name of the speaker, contact information, the format of attendance (online or on-site), a brief introduction of the speaker, and a short abstract. Please see the template for an example.

2) For poster presenters

a) Please choose one section from 3. Symposium Topics and indicate the format of attendance (online, on-site, or pre-recorded video, 2-3 min) at the beginning of the Abstract.

b) Abstract format: English, Times New Roman, 11-point font size, single space, title in BOLD. Please include no more than 5 keywords. The main body of the Abstract should be around 300 words.

c) Provide emails for the Presenters and Advisors (or Supervisors) for digital posters.

d) Please refer to the MS word file for the template. Please use MS Word for the submission of the abstract.

e) Digital Poster ratio: 16:9 (online, on-site, or pre-recorded video, 2-3 min).
