About the Speaker

Professor Langchong He is the honorary director of the Pharmaceutical Analysis Committee of the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association, Chairman of the Physical and Chemical Analysis Committee of the State Pharmacopoeia Commission, and founder and chief editor of the Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis. He founded cell membrane chromatography (CMC) technology, which is widely used in drug screening discovery, activity evaluation, and quality control. He has presided over more than 20 research projects. He has filed 127 invention patents, and more than 80 were authorized. He won the second prize in National Technical Invention in 2012. In 2016, he was awarded the National Outstanding Science and Technology Worker award. He is the Elsevier 2021 and 2022 Global Highly Cited Scholar.
