About the Speaker

    Dr. Jun Liu is the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Scientific Officer of Dongyao Pharmaceutical Co., LTD. He has been engaged in biopharmaceutical research for more than 20 years, and has 15 years of overseas work and study experience. He has rich experience in new drug research and development, process development, quality research, and pharmaceutical enterprise management. He has worked in Applied Biosystems, Bayer Pharmaceutical Group, Shanghai Ruizhi Chemical, etc. He has been responsible for more than 10 biological drug development projects, and established a quality system and analysis technology platform in line with international standards. Dr. Liu has presided over more than 10 major science and technology projects, including national science and technology major projects, key research and development programs of Jiangsu Province, etc. He has published more than 30 research papers and dozens of international conference reports. He has nearly 10 invention patents. Dr. Liu is a member of the American Chemical Society, American Society of Mass Spectrometry, Chinese Antibody Association, and other associations and organizations.

Dr. Liu Jun graduated from the University of Science and Technology of China with a bachelor's degree in chemistry. He received his Ph.D. in biochemistry from the University of California, Davis, and did postdoctoral research in immunology at Caltech and the Beckman Research Center in the City of Hope.
