拟举例2~4个药物研究开发的案列,包括肠溶性阿司匹林、胰岛素、亮丙瑞林缓释微球、紫杉醇白蛋白纳米粒等。

 2熟练:Physicochemical factors of the drug and suppository base as this influence rectal absorptionthe three methods of suppository preparation.

栓剂基质的选择,栓剂制备过程中置换价的计算,处方设计与制备方法的选择。

精选PPT和视频(GMP条件下的生产过程)资料,结合市售不同栓剂产品,提高学生对脂肪性基质与水溶性基质栓剂的理解,并掌握其保存与使用方法。

B.互动教学:

选择局部治疗作用栓剂(痔疮栓)和全身治疗作用栓剂(解热镇痛栓),与学生讨论处方设计的方法、制备方法以及临床应用的注意事项。
