·         建立新型高效的纳米脂质体平台技术,并应用于mRNA药物的开发,目前已经建立了完整的mRNA药物管线。

2020.82021.7,首席科学家,亭创生物科技有限公司,上海,中国

·         建立了多条肿瘤诊疗管线,包括高分子纳米示踪剂、多肽靶向示踪剂等,并于2022年申报肿瘤术中导航新药IND

·         建立了高分子纳米载药平台并应用于多种肿瘤和核酸药物的递送中,计划于2023年申报多个IND

·         完成莫德纳新冠疫苗的早期研发和质量研究 (mRNA-1273, Spikevax)

·         设计开发了超低分散度双嵌段高分子材料PEG-PLA的合成方法及衍生主动靶向聚合物,开发出具有超长效缓释递送平台 (平台技术)

2011.62014.9,博士后,德州大学西南医学中心(合作导师:高金明教授,David Boothman教授),达拉斯,美国

·         研究与开发了酸度响应的超灵敏高分子纳米荧光胶束,并应用于癌症外科手术中实时导航和癌症免疫治疗,该技术已授权给Onconano Medicine, 其中术中导航(ONM-100)已经入二期临床并获得FDAFast Track Designation,癌症免疫治疗项目(ONM-501)已完成前临床研究并已经提交IND申请。

·         通过高分子纳米制剂技术解决了小分子靶向抗癌药物β-lapachone溶解性差和生物利用度低的难题,此技术授权给了Systems Oncology并进入临床I/II期;同时,运用前药技术开发了小分子抗癌药β-lapachone的新型纳米制剂

·         开发了电荷反转脂质体技术并应用于癌症药物的靶向递送;

·         首次实现了连续点击化学技术应用于生物可降解树枝状高分子材料的合成;

·         构建了树枝状高分子聚合物和多个阳离子型高分子聚合物载体系统。

·         发现了制备硫代磷酰亚胺的新方法并研究了硫代磷酰亚胺的还原反应和不对称加成反应;

主要科研成绩及代表性成果:         

马新朋博士擅长利用药学、化学化工、生物医用材料等多学科交叉来解决生物制药领域的基础问题和产业难题,尤其是在mRNA递送系统及其创新制剂的研究与临床转化方面拥有丰富的科研经历。迄今为止已发表近30篇高水平科研论文,他引次数超过2700次,多篇论文发表在Nat. Mater., Nat. Biomed. Eng., Nat. Commun., JACS, Angew, Adv. Mater.等杂志,并被学术媒体大量报道。在美国和中国工作期间,主持开发了大量创新生物药的研发和临床项目,多个产品已经上市或在临床试验阶段。尤其是2020年负责了莫德纳公司mRNA新冠疫苗的早期研发和质量研究 (mRNA-1273, Spikevax),目前负责哈瑞贝尔医药科技有限公司的mRNA药物管线开发,在mRNA疫苗研发领域拥有深厚的产业化经验。
