二、研究方向
1. 基于细胞载体的药物递送系统:研究利用体内细胞或细胞外囊泡作为药物运载工具,高效递送生物活性药物增强肿瘤免疫治疗
2. 基于水凝胶的药物递送系统:研究及开发多功能水凝胶,增强肿瘤术后免疫治疗和组织损伤修复。
三、代表性成果
王慎强,1991年出生,2014年获得西北工业大学化学工程与工艺专业本科学位,2021年获得材料学博士学位。先后在美国罗格斯大学Ki-Bum Lee教授课题组和浙江大学药学院顾臻教授课题组开展访问学者和博士后研究。2023年12月任苏州大学药学院特聘教授。
聚焦智能药物递释系统的设计与开发,实现肿瘤术后免疫治疗与组织再生的协同调控。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、姑苏创新创业领军人才项目、校企合作横向等。迄今为止,发表SCI论文20余篇,其中作为第一作者/通讯作者(含共同)在Nat Biomed Eng、Nat Cancer、Nat Electron、Nat Commun、Adv Mater、PNAS、Natl Sci Rev、Nano Lett、Biomaterials等本领域高水平期刊上发表论文20余篇,ESI高被引论文3篇。获授权中国发明专利7项,担任NML、Exploration、VIEW、AJPS等期刊青年编委。
