一、个人简介

苏州大学苏州医学院院长助理、苏州大学附属第二医院院长助理、苏州大学附属第二医院肿瘤放射免疫治疗实验室主任、苏州大学附属第二医院放射治疗科主任医师、教授。作为负责人先后承担国家自然科学基金4项、科技部科研项目1项，承担省科技厅重点项目1项，省教育厅项目1项，获得3项国家发明专利授权。在国内外权威期刊发表论文四十余篇，获得省部级科技进步奖6项，江苏医学科技奖1项。

兼任中国肿瘤放射治疗联盟放射免疫工作委员会副主任委员、江苏省免疫学会常务理事兼放射与免疫专业委员会主任委员，苏州市医学会副秘书长等多项学术职位。2015年入选苏州市姑苏卫生重点人才，2017年入选江苏省医学重点人才，2018年被江苏省人才工作领导小组办公室授予“中青年学术技术带头人”称号， 2019年被苏州市委宣传部评为“苏州时代新人”，2021年被评为“苏州市魅力科技人物”，2022年成为江苏省“333人才”（第二层次）。

三、研究方向

抗肿瘤药物；PD-1/PD-L1抑制剂及抗体偶联药（ADC）等相关药物的疗效增敏研究，开创了肿瘤“布拉格治疗”。
