二、研究方向

1. 天然药用蛋白/多肽发掘研究:利用生物化学、分子生物学等手段从各种生物体中发掘天然活性蛋白/多肽分子,揭示其发挥活性的分子机理,建立天然活性蛋白/多肽分子资源库,为新型蛋白/多肽类药物开发提供模板分子。

2.    药用多肽设计改造和应用研究:以天然多肽为模板,利用序列剪切、定点突变和分子修饰等方法进行构效关系研究,揭示影响多肽分子活性和机制的关键结构参数,为相关多肽分子在药物研发等领域的应用奠定基础。

3.    多肽与天然免疫:综合利用各种生物学技术研究外源和内源多肽在各种人类疾病发生和免疫应答中的作用及机理。

到目前为止,共发表SCI研究论文64篇,其中第一作者和通讯作者论文45篇(二区以上30篇),ESI高被引论文1篇,总被引用1800余次,单篇最高被引260余次(Google Scholar),总影响因子超过230H index = 25。申请国家发明专利80余项,其中56项已获得授权。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目(2项)、青年项目、江苏省重点研发计划项目和江苏省自然科学基金面上项目等各类项目共15项,参与项目17项。
