报告摘要:
The early growth response gene 1 (EGR1) is a member of the early growth response (Egr) family of genes encoding for zinc-finger transcrip-tion factors. EGR1 has a dual nature: it can act both as anoncogene or a tumor suppressor. Activation of PDGFRs initiates a number of downstream signaling pathways, including phosphatidyl 3′-inositol kinase (PI3-kinase), phospholipase Cγ and MAP kinase pathways. In this report, we showed that EGR1 expression was increased by PDGF-BB in human osteosarcoma U2OS cells and human primary foreskin fibroblasts AG01523 cells in a manner dependent on ERK1/2 and P53, but PI3K and ERk5.
